Wilma Cheng has accumulated over a decade of experience in banking litigation and debt recovery since joining Rajah and Tann LLP in 2001.

 

She represents financial institutions such as CIMB Bank Berhad, the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, United Overseas Bank Limited and OCBC Bank. She has also advised and acted for banks and accounting firms in liquidations and receiverships of companies.
